• Place your order by Wednesday for FREE Friday pickup.
• Place your order by Saturday for Monday home delivery.
• Choose Monday Home Delivery or select one of our Local Pickup Locations

Join us for an intimate evening centered around food, flavor, and learning. Chef Ernesto of El Molcajete Sauces and microgreens specialist Katie Staudt of Meraki Urban Farm will guide guests through a cooking experience celebrating the vibrant flavors of traditional Mexican Mole Verde—featuring fresh microgreens throughout. Throughout the evening, microgreens are thoughtfully incorporated into every part of the meal—from cocktails and small bites to the mole, sides, and dessert—highlighting their versatility and ability to elevate both flavor and presentation.

A Unique Culinary Experience
Begin the evening with refreshing mezcal margaritas and light, flavorful bites in a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. The experience continues with a microgreens session led by Katie Staudt. Guests will learn how microgreens are grown, explore their nutritional benefits, and discover simple ways to incorporate them into everyday meals—while seeing and tasting firsthand how these vibrant greens elevate each dish. Next, cook alongside Chef Ernesto as you prepare authentic Mole Verde from scratch using traditional techniques rooted in the culinary traditions of Oaxaca.
